want. Many have been able to retire and fire their boss because they've been able to make enough money that has exceeded their monthly income.
This type of home based business is great because it allows one to work the business on their own time schedule. They do not have to rely on a boss
to tell them when they have to be at work and the quality of the work done. Of course, if you don't actually work on your home based business, then
you will not succeed. So it is important that one actually gets to work on it, but again the times are not what matter since it can be worked as you
have time.
In choosing a MLM business opportunity, many factors need to be considered to determine if it is the right for you. Those factors include the product, the compensation
plan, leadership, and marketing systems.
The product needs to be something that you would feel comfortable selling. If the product is Vitamins, are you comfortable selling vitamins to others and
asking them to sell the vitamins as well? If the product consists of cosmetics and personal care items, are you comfortable with that? Also, is it a product you
enjoy and can be excited about? After all, you are selling it, so you
should be using it too.
The next factor is the compensation plan. After evaluating how you are remunerated, are you comfortable with the commission structure
and team building bonuses (if offered)? Do you think they should be paying more? Do you think they should be paying less? Yes, you should question if they are paying
out too much in commissions. If they are paying out too much, then the future life of the company can be at stake. They cannot payout those high
commissions forever. They will sooner or later have to cut back or the company will go broke.
The next factor to consider is leadership. Who is the person talking to you about this opportunity? Do they have leadership traits? Are they able
to come along side of you and help you succeed in the business? You will want a support team and structure for the sake of your own success.
The last thing to consider is how the training is done. What are the costs to get trained and how successful are they? What
is the success rate of those that attend an official training event? Getting trained properly is very important to the livelyhood of
your business. By doing this, you will know how to effectively build your business.
